Arizona Bass Players Festival, March 5-8, 2009 at ASU School of Music. Bass Rental Options:

There will be a limited number of basses available to rent for the weekend, from Don Robertson and Sons Violiln Shop, who may be displaying basses at the Festival.. To arrange rental, please contact AARON ROBERSTON at 1.800.284.6546 at least two weeks in advance of the Festival (so by February 20). It will likely be first come first served.

Another, but very limited, option is to borrow a bass from ABP. We will likely have three or four Univ. of Arizona basses for borrow, but they will be of poor quality. And we have one loaner bass that ABP owns (with bow). Contact me directly at 1.520.621.5822 or 1.520.743.7229.

Another possibility is to ask your friends in the Phoenix area, and inquire at local high schools and ASU Music Professor, Catalin Rotaru. He has said there are likely no basses available from ASU, but it doesn't hurt to try closer to the Festival time.
