Remember, ASU is in the city of Tempe (a suburb of Phoenix) but is near the

Renting a car from the airport and getting an inexpensive motel or hotel a
bit further from ASU is cheaper then booking a room at the Marriott!
Parking passes for ASU campus can be purchased up to one week before the event (needed for Thurs and Friday)
